BRISTOL, VA – Redeemer Lutheran Church is delighted to welcome the Rev. Dr. Kathy Kelly as its new pastor. Pastor Kelly came to Bristol from her previous congregation in Lewiston, Idaho. She led her first worship service on Aug. 17 of this year and was installed on Oct. 12.

"We are overjoyed to welcome Pastor Kathy to our congregation and back to her hometown of Bristol," said Lisa Weatherly, President of the Church Council. The Council found that her warmth, deep spirituality, and passion for community engagement impressed everyone. “We are confident that her leadership and vision will be a tremendous blessing to our church family as we continue our work of sharing God's love.”
